I love the idea of matching embroidery threads to fabric. It really looks as if the embroidered blocks were part of the collection, with the fabric. Thanks for another wonderful idea!

Oooohhhh, how exciting! I just picked up my new Pfaff Embroidery sewing machine on Monday, but haven't had an opportunity to sit down with it since I got it. Unfortunately the manual is in German, so I'm clueless as to how to do anything. They've ordered a book in English for me, but it hasn't come in yet, and thus far, I'm petrified and haven't even plugged the machine up. I must say I was overwhelmed when they were showing me the selection of embroidery design cards I could purchase and was blown away with the prices. I'm not sure how much they cost in the U.S., but I certainly wasn't thinking it would cost so much to buy the designs. Of course, right now, I have no idea how to get the designs into the machine once I buy the cards, but I'll figure it out sometime soon, I'm sure. Thanks for showing the design and I hope to see more in the future. I've learned so much since I found your blog. Thank you so much for being such a patient, understanding teacher. You have a knack of taking the ordinary tasks and breaking them down into segments that are so helpful. Thank you again.
