Monday Giveaway: Clover White Marking Pen

By Serena Nabeta | October 13, 2008

Congratulations to sewbig for winning last week’s giveaway!

Markers are an invaluable tool to any stitcher or quilter, no matter what project on which you are working! You need a marker or pen that creates a clear line or mark on your fabric, but yet will disappear when you are finished with it. For dark fabrics my favorite marking tool is the Fine White Marking Pen by Clover!

The Clover Fine White Marking Pen will easily replace all of your other marking tools. This pen is an ink based pen, so it never needs sharpening, and it won’t disappear if you have to wait a while to finish your project. It will easily disappear with a swipe of your iron or a spritz of water!

This pen is fantastic for marking on darker fabrics! It takes a few seconds for the marks to appear, so don’t overmark. Overall it’s a great marking tool!! You can see some of my other favorite marking tools here!

If you didn’t win this giveaway and would still like a white Clover pen, you can purchase one here.

I’ve never used a real marking tool; always just a pencil or pen so it would be nice to join the ‘regular’ quilting crowd with a real tool! LOL. Enter me….

I’m with ‘maya madhaven’ – it is nice to have a marker that doesn’t need sharpening. I love the fact that it disappears merely by spritzing with water or ironing.

If I win, you can contact me at dmj53@hotmail.com
